The property was clean and cozy. Every room was well thought out and beautifully decorated. The location is superb and the environment is serene. The buns for breakfast were tasty and warm.

Exceeded the expectations

Amazing place, calm and cosy atmosphere, all tiny details overseen by hosts. Garden is nicely looked for, extending right to the waterfront with multiple spots for hanging out. Interior furnished in bright cosy style, quality materials and no cheap Ikea stuff, comfy hang out spaces established, including sunny terrace, reading corner, sitting room. Complimentary coffee and buns served in the morning. Spotless clean.

Amazing, we would love to come back! Lovely design - totally like on the photos, beautiful room, spacious garden - possibility to eat breakfast with the view on the sea... We couldn't wish more!

“Perfect base for visiting the Curonian Spit”

Excellent position right in Preila and directly on the water. Beautiful house with a lovely garden and very nice rooms. Everything went perfectly. I highly recommend visiting the Curonian Spit and staying at the Mariu Vila.

Location, friendly hosts

After visiting other locations at the spit, I believe Preila is the one to stay at. Small, authentic and peacefull. And this is all translated into Mariu Villa, with unexpeted luxury, attantion to detail, kindness and hospitality. This is a place the remember! Not mentioning the morning crossaints🤗 Thank you!

“Would stay again if in the area”

Comfortable, clean, everything we needed was available, great sharing kitchen with coffee machine available all day. Lots of places to sit and read/ relax both in the garden and inside the villa. Owner was very helpful.

“A cozy place for those who like silence”

Tranquility - the terrace is right next to the shore of the lagoon (a few passers-by pass by, but only a few). This terrace is what would make us come here again and again (this is the view you would like to have in your home). There were even swans with baby swans in the lagoon! :) It was a nice surprise that in the morning fresh muffins were delivered to the common dining room (which is in the main house and really nice) for everyone staying there. These things don't cost much, but when hosts go the extra mile, it shows care and makes for a better overall impression. There is a place for safe parking in the yard, but the nearby street is not busy, so even parking there seems to be quite safe - so there should be no problems with parking in this place, which is an additional value.

Location excellent, amazing views, pure nature feeling, exceptionally clean place, friendly owners, quiet environment, facilities, breakfast, cosy atmosphere, comfortable stay, you can find everything you need for your stay. Will recommend others and will come back again. We had perfect time here.

“Calm and beautiful stay in Preila”

The host and the place was very beautiful, just in front of the water. The house and the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. They even served a small pastries for the breakfast which was very sweet

The host, Virginija, is absolutely a gem. She's learning English and keen to make her guests feel at home. She created a super nice home with great common spaces (indoor and outdoor), a fully equipped kitchen, and an Italian coffee machine with Italian coffee beans. The room was not big, but very comfortable and cute. Super clean, too! I loved the location in Preila, away from the crowds and cars of Nida.
