Ales went out of his way to help me when I had a problem with our car exhaust coming loose, finding a garage who could fix it quickly, driving me to and from the garage and absolutely refusing any payment for his time and petrol. He spoke excellent English and was a charming young man. Hvala Lippa Ales.
