Very nice and cosy house in a small village not far from the main ski resort. We could easily go skiing by car, about 5 minutes, or took a bus, which stop was only a couple of minutes from the location. The hostess was very friendly, although she spoke only Italian, French and only little English, but it was not a problem at all.

“Pittoresque chalet room in lovely little mountain village”
- the landlady was very friendly and spoke excellent French (and Italian of course) - the view from the room was stunning, and you can hear a little mountain river flowing nearby - room and breakfast were excellent - easy roomy parking (although the access road through the village is a bit steep and narrow, so don’t bring a huge truck :) - the next bigger village of La Thuile is just 3 km away and offers a good choice of restaurants

“do not think twice - just book it!”
Calm and quiet place, nice view, terrace (in case of my room) and the picnic area. The room was very spacious. One of the cleanest (if not THE cleanest) place that I have stayed at. Welcoming and caring host. Tasty breakfast that gives you energy to start your hiking day with enough choice (not only variety of sweet ¨stuff¨ and cereals but also fruits, bread, cheese and ham were available). Great coffee. There are no shops nor restaurants in the village but you get a perfect peace and quiet (just singing birds and the sound of the river flowing nearby). If you still need to buy anything - la Thuille is very close.
