“Good but noisy”
Excellent location, right in front of the best raclette restaurant in the valley and just a few minutes’ walk from QC Terme. Great breakfast as well, with delicious homemade cakes. The room was generally clean, although some details could have been improved. The staff were very kind and helpful, they even provided us with a snow shovel to free our car from the parking area.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and check-in was fast and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again!

“The staff could be more welcoming...”
I chose the hotel for its location, not the room though in front of the hotel, it can be noisy. You can hear people talking who sit downstairs in the evening and the cars during the day. Otherwise the room was spacious, the bathroom less..

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was a great size with a beautiful balcony. We'll be back (literally will be staying again at the end of our TMB hike). The restaurant had gluten free options. Highly recommend.
