“Amazing views in a lovely part of the bay”

The view of the Bay of Kotor from the apartment was magical. We loved that the property is around 6km from Kotor and we could escape the crowd chaos. We were content to buy groceries from the local supermarket and utilise the kitchen so that we could eat on the terrace and enjoy the views. The apartment is very spacious (except for the kitchen which is unusually small), comfortable and clean. You can arrange for the speedboats to collect you from a local pier for tours rather than having to go into Kotor which was really useful - visit Sunset Tours at the local village to book. There is also a fantastic bakery at the local village with a great selection of items and great prices....but they only accept cash.

The apartment is located in beautiful area. The view is amazing. You could not ask for more. It was well equipped including washing machine! The kitchen has everything what you need. Lovely cats around neighborhood. The manager greeted us on our arrival. Perfect stay and definitely will be back❤️

“Beautiful views across the bay from a lovely balcony”

We were given contact details for the young lady who was to meet us and she gave clear details, including pictures of where we had to go. When we landed in Montenegro there was a massive storm system over the whole of East Europe so were able to keep her updated about our (very slow) progress. Having taken so long to travel from Podgorica airport we could not stop at a larger supermarket on the way to pick up provisions for the week, so ended up at the local shop which had enough to get us started. The view from the apartment balcony is stunning, overlooking some of the bay of Kotor. Whilst drinking a morning coffee we would watch the small tour boats race out and back and an occasional cruise ship negotiate its way to harbour. In the evening we would sit and listen to the cicadas and play with the local cats who tried to use the apartment as their own. The restaurants nearby in Prcanj are cosy and have to be tried, however we ended up driving to Kotor and eating in the BBQ Tanjga more than once and took a whole rotisserie chicken to eat at home. The kitchen is small I was able to cook up a fairly reasonable meal in the space with the equipment supplied. The storm system stayed with us for most of the week but for one day it cleared enough for us to go down the steep hill to the bay to lay on the strip of "sand" and bathe in the sea. There are a few larger beaches nearby but we did not get to try them. Other days it was not warm enough but we went to Kotor and even walked up to the fort (1350 steps). It was worth it for the spectacular views from the top. There were adequate bedding and towels for us in the apartment.

“Spectacular view, apartment a bit of a disappointment.”

The view is spectacular! Apartment is high up on the hill, about 200m climb which would not be suitable for anyone unfit or with a disability, could also be tricky with little kids. However the view is well worth the walk. The apartment is a nice size with 2 bathrooms. There is a dishwasher which was a nice surprise as it is not listed on the apartment facilities. There are lovely restaurants in the area.

“Wish we could stay forever!”

The manager met us at the apartment when we arrived as we had been in touch via Whatsap, she is totally amazing and was always on hand if we had any questions or problems, for example there was no bread knife in the apartment so we messaged her that evening and she brought us one the very next morning. The apartment itself was amazing, a huge living/dining room with two sets of doors which open onto a wonderful, full terrace with great views of the bay (we spent most of our time here). The kitchen space is small but perfectly adequate. The two bedrooms had very comfortable beds and lots of space. There is one shower room and one family bathroom with a bath, both large and wonderfully clean. We spent a week here and wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is located up a steep hill but as we had a car we never had to struggle up or down it. The only thing we would have liked was a few sun loungers on the terrace, but saying that, we will more than likely be staying there again next year!!

“A gem in Prčanj”

The apartment was better than expected very clean and bright, spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen area is indeed tight, however fully equipped and you get a hang of it quickly. The view is breathtaking and terrace is very spacious! Overall amazing communication and support from the house manager and the host - Smilja made sure we get to the grocery store on time on Saturday night, as all of them are closed on Sunday. During ohr stay we booked a boat tour woth Rijo and they picked us up at Vila Marija, which was super convenient, as its right next to the apartment and there is no need to suffer the traffic while getting to Kotor. We also absolutely enjoyed the sweet and purry house guests, make sure you stock up the fridge with quality cat food!

“Lovely accomodation”

Fantastic location. Great views across the bay. Plenty of outdoor space to relax & a pool if it was warmer. Short walk to the local bakery & and shop at the bottom of the hill. Nice walk along the bay front looking at the old buildings and a small beach at the junction. There's a larger beach approx 15 mins walk away at the Hyatt Hotel. Clean, tidy accommodation & Smiljana, the property manager, was very helpful & a great host. Always happy to help with any questions. Nice quiet area. Handy having a washing machine.

“Inaccurate description”

The apartment alone was amazing. Very specious, clean, air-conditioned, with nice big terrace and a magnificent view over the bay. We had everything we needed. The beds in the master bedroom were comfortable. The other bed in another room is a couch sofa, which has been converted for sleeping purposes. Both rooms were specious, and we loved to have two bathrooms, one with a bath and a washing machine - and the other one with shower.

The view is amazing. The hosts are great. And the apartment was top! The steep climb to the apartment certainly is rewarded!

Beautiful apartment with the most amazing view.

When booking the apartment, we wondered if it actually looks as good as it does in the pictures. Turns out it looks even better in real life. A beautiful apartment with a huge terrace with a fabulous view. (Coffee on the terrace tasted exceptional). Perfectly equipped, very clean apartment, we lacked nothing. Perfect contact with the host. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beds and two comfortable bathrooms. The apartment is located in a quiet, charming town. Close to the beach, and a nice swimming pool available. Close to shops and great restaurants. Parking right under the apartment. We wish we could stay forever :)
