“Super thin walls. Can't sleep at night.”
Excellent service. Staff was kind, and helpful. We called at 3am for the noise and they arrived within 5 min. Appreciated!

“Everything you need!”
One room but good layout with bed, sofa, table and kitchen. The Pam Superstore ist just around the corner. Easy check-in and friendly staff.

“bed bugs”
The hygiene is extremely poor, there are bed bugs on the bed, and my child's whole body has been bitten, which greatly affects our next itinerary. It also led us to see the emergency department. Very not recommended.

Ac didn't work.. We didn't sleep the whole night.. There was no support or anyone to talk to to fix it so we couldn't sleep the whole night and had a 5 hours trip the next day so it was absolutely exhausting.. Wouldn't recommend for people visiting surrounding areas like Florence etc.

“Bright and pleasant”
Very nice for a short stay. Wifi was bad, but the friendly staff did everything to help us. Comfortable bed. Big windows.
