The property is very convenient to Prato Centrale Station. It is also an easy walk to the centro historico. Salvatore is very kind, helpful and friendly.

The location was great as we were looking to stay just outside of Florence. The owner is the kindest gentleman who made a fantastic espresso for us every morning as desired, as well as provided a bottle of his own lovely homemade wine. He was always accessible via WhatsApp. It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the nearby train station which was generally a good hub when looking to explore the areas around Florence. The bed was comfortable and the street was quiet. A 15-20 minute walk gets you to a good number of lovely restaurants/cafes.

Everything was perfect. The room is very big, the bed is so comfortable. It's very close by walk to the lovely town of Prato which is very worth to be seen. Of course, Florence steals the show here and you can easily go there by train. Salvatore is the perfect host, he will treat you as a member of his family offering you treats. Salvatore is an amazing host. We were so lucky to chose his place as our base for exploring Florence! He met us in the evening with keys, prepared a fantastic Italian salami and cheese spread for us to enjoy, crusty bread, two kinds of water (sparkling and still), and wine from his native Campania. The super-cosy apartment is on the ground floor and only a short walk away from the central train station along the stadium. In the morning Salvatore surprised us with lovely espresso in a thermos and wonderful sweet pastries, baked by his wife left on the terrace table. The nearest bar where one can grab a coffee is at the railway station so it was much appreciated, such a luxury to find a colazione already expecting us whenever we are ready! We could also make our own coffee whenever we wanted (both stovetop mokka and capsule coffee machine provided), but that's not the same :) Everything was so great! Grazie mille! Speriamo di tornare!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodation. The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for a quick train ride into Florence, but what truly made our visit special was our host, Salvatore. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The place was spotless, perfectly located near Prato Centrale station, and the hospitality made all the difference. Salvatore and his wife were incredibly kind — they welcomed me with snacks, wine, and water, and were attentive throughout my stay. The breakfasts were delicious and a real highlight of my mornings. “Exceptional”

This well-equipped apartment made our stay in Prato a memoriable one. The strategic location offered us opportunity to visit Florence and nearby towns by train. Salvatore was a very hospitable host and we were able to overcome the language barrier, thanks to Google Translate. The welcoming prosciutto and drinks were a bonus and we looked forward to the freshly baked crossiants and Neapolitan coffee every morning.

We spent three days in Florence. Mr. Salvatore's apartment was a great choice: spacious, clean, quiet and tidy area. The host is very kind and caring. House wine for the welcome and Italian breakfast with real coffee in the morning. We started to miss fresh croissants as soon as we left. Only 10 min. walk to Prato train station and in 20 min we are in the center of Florence. The treasures of Florence are inexhaustible and for the next time choice No. 1 - Loft Florentia.

Everything was perfect, room feels like home, bed so comfy that we fall asleep in 2minutes and owners were treating us like family... Complementary coffee and sweets for our kid. Can't choose better place to stay! Thank you again

Salvatore is a great and helpful host, the language barrier does not matter. Rooms were clean and cosy so it feels like home. Definitely a place to come back to.

Warm welcome by the host. Well maintained apartment, with everything needed if one would like to cook a meal. Close to the train station, an easy about 20min to central Florence. Easy to find close by parking lot, just along the street outside the window.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Salvatore is friendly and informative. After a long train ride we appreciated having some food at the accommodation. Salvatore also brought a light breakfast of a morning. Bathroom is small but functional. Still and sparkling water provided in the fridge. Salvatore was available through messages and in person if needed and could not have been more accommodating. Great location near to Prato Centrale train station only 10-15 minutes walk. Kitchen is fully equipped if one wants to do some cooking. Some maps and other tourist brochures available. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. To sum up: A very accommodating host, a nice large room with our own entrance, and good location.
