“Great value for money.”
Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming.

“Comfortable Hotel with Friendly Staff”
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Prato. The room was spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the parking garage was not available during our visit. We were advised to remove all belongings from our car because break-ins can occasionally happen in the area. As we were on a road trip of more than three weeks and had a lot of luggage with us, having to carry everything upstairs in the evening was quite inconvenient and made us feel a bit uneasy about leaving the car on the street. Apart from this disappointment, the hotel itself was very good and we enjoyed our stay. With secure parking available, the experience would have been even better.

“Would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t want to stay in Florence. Train service is good.”
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast had all you needed. Although when we were staying coffee machine and juicer machine didn’t work. The older lady who brought us our coffee is a credit to the hotel. She never stops.

I highly recommend this hotel. Clean and cozy. Great neighborhood. Near the market, restaurants and ATMs. Very nice staff. We will definitely come back.

“Don’t ever want to stay again disgusting hotel”
The property was dirty and unkept I felt very dirty being in there, my room was dirty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned property and the towel had stains on it like poo I complained them told me that it was stains from previous use but that’s unacceptable I don’t want to use something that has visible signs on wear it’s dirty and unhygienic I’m 100% sure it wasn’t washed it even had a foul smell
