Nice location if you travel by car, you are in the middle of the main touristic attractions. 2 parking spaces, supermarket near by, super host, she send us all the information we nedeed.

We had a great stay and were overwhelmed by the warm welcome of Giulia's father who seems like the nicest person to speak to. We collected the keys late in the evening and the check in and checkout was very smooth. The house had all appliances needed, extra coffee, pasta, sauce, tea, etc. One of the stays I think we would remember for life by the great hospitality and attitude of the host! The accommodation is located in a quiet green area. Very well equipped, comfortable, clean and attention to detail. Surrounded by a garden and with private parking. Near the Casa Giulia there is a super-market, gas station and restaurants with very good food. Giulia and her father are very kind, friendly and helpful. It is ideal for families with children or for two pairs of friends like we were. Highly recommended

The apartment is in a cosy and calm part of Proto town, only 20 minutes from Florence. The place is very nicely equipped with a kitchen where you can find everything you need. Two separate bedrooms easily can accommodate up to 5 people. This place made us feel at home. The host was really supportive and gave us many useful recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for families willing to see Florence and other places in Tuscany which are very convenient to reach by car only 1-2 hours away. Many thanks to Giulia.

Giulia was absolutely kind, and helpful. She gave us plenty of information about what to see in Florence, how to get there by transportation, which was very easy from the accomodation, and other sights to see nearby Prato. The pictures of the apartment match the reality. The rooms were clean, everything was the way we expected.

“This stay was exceptional”
The property was super clean and well looked after. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible, recommending the best wineries and restaurants in the area. Along with complimentary bottle of local wine on arrival and breakfast for the following days. This is one of our favourite stays. Would highly recommend.

Guilia and her mom and dad met us. I was able to communicate with Guilia prior to our arrival to let her know that we would arrive early and it was not a problem at all. She arranged for us to have some biscuits upon arrival. Guilia even took us around in her car.
