“Good hotel in excellent location. Very clean and comfortable.”
Good breakfast, fantastic location- 10 min to Central station and 10 min to bars, restaurants, Duomo etc! Staff very welcoming and helpful. Gave us a kettle, ample supply of teabags and fresh milk straight away.

Very nice and clean, very friendly staff, was two times and feels like home We was for business leisure and it’s silent for good sleep. Room is always clean and beds for sleeping is perfect. Recommend this place *****

“lovely hotel close to Florence”
It was a beautiful property, close to Florence. We also had parking that was very convenient and safe. Also we had vegan products for breakfast, so it was a very pleasant suprise

“This side of town is comfortable and quiet, as opposed to the noise and danger of the old town.”
The hotel is in a great location with a small grocery shop right across the street and a takeaway restaurant not far away, so it's quiet and safe.

“Uninteresting and disappointing.”
I arrived at 23h. No reception. bedroom at ground floor. Warm day. Not safe to open window. the fridge was out of order. I left at 7.30 am. Nobody was at the reception. 150€ the night. Definitely too expensive for low service

“Hotel is very modern and the rooms very clean but the lack of service is disappointing!”
I booked the rooms with breakfast and paid in advance for them. When the confirmation arrived from booking.com, it did not show the breakfast was prepaid, this is the second time booking.com have done this to me; for this reason, I will be very hesitant to book with them again. So I had to pay again for the Breakfast which was very disappointing because it was very basic.
