The location is good, close to the train station and you can be in Florence in 25-30min. Despite all the downsides, Barbara seems like a really nice host, helpful and willing.

Very nice location. It has all necessities included. Spacious rooms, quite equipped kitchen and a nice little balcony. Also is very convenient located across the street from the train station and above a gelato place. Would come back definitely 💯

Very good location, right next to the train station with a good connection to the old center of Florence. Despite the proximity of the station, the place is very quiet and you can hardly hear the passing trains. The host was nice and accommodating. The apartment was cozy and clean. We were satisfied.
