Clean and cosy rooms. Staff is kind and friendly. Location is fantastic. If you're a light sleeper, a few nights can get a bit noisy because of the restaurants around but nothing that can't be solved with earplugs. Would definitely come back. Would absolutely recommend.

Stuff was amazing, very helpfull and possitive. Good breakfast. Very central location. Few minutes from railstation. We booked for one day only, since we had no plans- we stayed one more night. Very good price-quality balance.

“Very nice hotel in a very nice town”
Very nice place. The room was big and comfortable. There was an indoor car park which was very convenient. The owner and staff were super friendly and gave us tips to visit the lovely city of Prato(make sure you spend some time to visit it, it’s very cute) and how to get to the train station which is only a 7 minute walk from the hotel to the city Center of Florence.

“Ok for one night”
The property has a good location and stuff was very helpful and polite. This accommodation is ok for 1 night, just to sleep over… not for longer holiday. Good option is breakfast for 5 euros

Very pleasant staff, it is better in reallity than it looks on the pictures. There was a lot of space in the room which was great and a beautiful big window.
