“The best hostess in the most beautiful place”

It was one of the most amazing vacation we had -both me and my friend- for a long time. Not only the village is worth to see and hike on its mountains, but staying in Katogi was the best decision we could have taken. Amazing, cosy, traditional, with excellent view and a great host that showed us what Greek hospitality really is. Miss Marika prepared everything so we feel welcome, baked a super tasty cake for our breakfast and filled the fridge and the shelves with all necessities for a tasty breakfast. She visited us to check if we need anything and gave us good advices for nice places to visit. A big thanks to her for making us feel like home!

“Good value for a comfortable apartment in Pramanta’s centre”

Very quiet with beautiful views of the mountains, yet in the centre of town. Lots of parking in front and a mini market and restaurants around the corner. Marika provides lots of breakfast food and kitchen supplies, and excellent directions to the guesthouse. (Google maps was no help).

We loved the fireplace and the view. The location was great as it was very close to a convenience store,a bakery and the village's square and also the village is great for a starting point for many excursions in the area. The house was very well renovated and insulated against the cold. The interior and the decor was tasteful, we had a cosy feeling. Finally, the hostess was very nice, helpful and caring and we felt at home. All in all we really loved our stay and we hope we'll stay at Katogi again.

Marinka is a great host. Wellcoming and tentative. Location just 100m from the village Square Pramanta is a fantastic comfortable location to travel in Tzumerka. Breakfast is great and comfortable. You get groceries and home made jams and bread from Marinka so can prepare whatever you want. This is super comfortable with kids. The balcony outside, the views and the equipped kitchen makes it feel very much like a home away from home.

We were greeted by an amazing woman who took care of all our needs and provided information and guidance. We prepared breakfast ourselves from the fresh products that the hostess prepared in the refrigerator, including a cake she baked herself. We did star tours from the place and had dinner in the taverns in the vicinity

The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The property's location is very convenient, as it is close to the main square of Pramanta. Marika was an exceptional host; she was there for everything we needed and prepared an awesome breakfast for us. We had a great time there and will definitely return for another stay at Oikies Katogi!

The one bedroom apartment was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The small rased sitting place near the entrance with it's exceptional view, was a real bonus. That's where I spent a lot of time. Marika was very helpful, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. She cleaned the apartment daily, and made sure I had all necessary products for breakfast. She even baked me a cake which was lovely. I truly recommend staying here while in Tzumerka.

“Unforgettable place and people.”

This was a highlight of our three week stay in Greece. Beautiful apartment, stunning location, and the best of hosts in Marika who baked us a delicious cake and a wonderful pie. Her husband generously gave a bottle of their precious wine as well. We loved it here and would love to return. Wholeheartedly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. The view is great and the small private balcony in front of it is lovely. Breakfast was great everything homemade and the location very good just a few minutes from the center. Marika, the host, is a warm and caring person, she baked us a cake, and was there for anything we needed. 70m from the center of pramsnta, there you can find 2 groceries, and some tevernas and coffee houses.

The location is great. Right at the center of the village of Permanta which is the central and largest village in this part of the world. Many restaurants and cafes around. The suite is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has a bedroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen. The host is helpful. Breakfast products are given fresh every day.
