“A real gem”
The lay out, the furniture. Everything new, comfortable matress. Very modern setting, spotless clean. Every need was thought about. Bonus in the bathroom: a bidet shower next to the toilet!!! The owner very kind, explained every detail. There is a book that explains everything. Thanks for your hospitality, both of you!!!

Ary and family were amazing hosts. I felt at home during my 4 night stay here. There is a rooftop area open for everyone to use, and we played pool and Foosball and ping pong a couple of the nights I was there. The room was spacious, very new and clean, and had all the amenities you could need. Despite being a little out of the main area of Praia, there are 3 little markets within a couple of blocks, and several really good mom and pop type restaurants. It is a fantastic space with amazing hosts. I highly recommend.

“It was beautiful!”
Everything about the property was lovely and wonderful. The space was beautiful and clean and It’s located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood The Host, Ary was very kind to us. He catered to all our needs and made our stay in Praia memorable. He helped us with navigating the city and gave us great tips. We also spent new year’s with his family we had a great time. I would recommend here to anyone visiting Praia! Great value for your money ❤️

“Nice apartment at the outskirts of praia”
The owner was very helpful organising my transfers to and from the airport. The apartment is stylish in a calm area near the university. Bus to the city and Aluger to Cidade Velha is in walking distance.
