“A stressful experience caused by overbooking and poor communication.”
Due to overbooking, we were moved to another accommodation for one night with the promise of free transfer the next morning, which did not happen. The staff at the reception told us to catch a bus if we wanted to have breakfast and that they didn’t have a room for us for another day. We spent a full day without knowing where we would stay, incurred extra transport and phone costs trying to fix the situation with Booking.com, and lost valuable vacation time. Communication was poor and the manager never spoke directly with us.

“Dishonest”
Hello I would like to report a serious issue with the property Pousada, booked through your platform Booking.com under reservation number 6816843794 The hotel confirmed my booking, but upon arrival on 4 am, I discovered that no room was actually available. The hotel staff admitted that all rooms were fully booked despite the confirmation I received from Booking.com. This situation caused me inconvenience, stress, and a significant waste of time. I consider this to be a dishonest practice and a violation of the trust and reliability expected from properties listed on your platform.
