“One of the worst accommodation experiences I have had, marked by poor treatment, lack of professionalism, and a complete”

To be honest, there was nothing about this property that we were able to enjoy because of the owner’s behaviour. We made a minor booking mistake that could have been resolved with a simple conversation, but the owner showed no willingness to help and was extremely aggressive from the start. What made the situation even worse was hearing her speak negatively about us in Creole to the person who let us in, seemingly unaware that one of our friends understood the language. The entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lacking in basic hospitality. We felt so unwelcome that we decided not to stay at the property and were forced to find alternative accommodation at short notice. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during our trip. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

A nice and big appartement, well furnished. Kitchen had all nessesary equipment. Fine view of the bay. We could sit outside and admire it or from inside.. The staff and owner was so nice and friendly. Appartement well placed. Going up you have shops, bank, restaurants and some interesting things to see. Going down and then right it was walking distance to prainha and cebra canela beach as well as the light house Maria Pia. Going down and left is the way to the plateau. That is a short taxi ride away (200 Escudos). There was also some restaurants in walking distance.

Location was good. Apartment was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. AC was excellent.

Staff were very attentive. Slightest thing that went wrong and they were on top of it right away. Apartment was perfect and spotless. Location was ideal, I didn't need to hire a car.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Helped us out of many problems. (Ferries cancelled, then cancelled, additional night necessary and so on).

A large space that is central and offers views over the sea . It’s well serviced and the beds are comfortable. Features a modern kitchen and all the comforts. An elevator will be built soon for easier access to the units. There is a nice area with pool and patio that looks over the water. Very Good value for this size of place and it can accommodate friends / family. Claudia was very helpful indeed and even bought us some fruit for breakfast. Thanks and all the best to you :)

-The host Claudia was very nice, accomodating, and even helped us with various transports - The flat is spacious and modern - Really nice terrace and swimming pool - We could leave our bags after check out - Good location, walking distance to a few places and beach, and a short drive to the port or airport

Beautiful penthouse apartment. I booked a 1-bed so 2 rooms of the 3-bedroom apartment were locked. The caretaker lady was very helpful and we tried to communicate via Google Translate. Private plunge pool is amazing (and is laid out so that it is still fairly private in spite of higher surrounding buildings. Balcony area is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the bay, and sunbeds for lying out. Ridiculously large upper balcony on the roof where you could stage a business function! Comfortable large bedroom, en suite. Great kitchen with all cooking equipment (not used) and washing machine that came in handy.

Our host Angela & Claudia, were so helpful despite the language barrier( google translate was a blessing) their hospitality and tentative was second to none, really enjoyed our stay they told us all the nice places to visit and arranged taxi's.
