The property is very well located just in the Plateau area in the center of Praia, everything is walkable and easy access, if you need transport Fernanda will be happy to help you book your transport. Even if the property is situated in the centre it is very quiet, we slept extremely well. The most positive note is that the hosts are extremely helpful and nice ! Thank you Fernanda & Francesco :)

Friendly owner, good value for money, central location. Owner's son drove us to airport for the same price as taxi would have been- comfortable. Good place tp stay.

Very good location. The owners are very kind and friendly. The hot water doesn’t last long. The hair dryer was broken. They let me leave my belongings for longer while I was visiting the city.

Dona Fernanda is a great host, with lots of great recommendations in the island of Santiago, she also organised us all the travels from the port and to the airport. The apartment is clean, neat, tidy, great bed, has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Praia, is also quite central, right in the Plateau, the main neighbourhood in the city.

“Nice quality place but with some attention points from my side”

We had the ground floor studio (the right handed one). The place itself is great, great quality furniture (sturdy real wood), very nice and good taste decoration. Very clean place (impeccable cleanness). It seems equipped with the necessary things (not sure about kitchen things as we did not need). I will explain below why, nevertheless, over-all I rated lower the place.

We appreciated the friendly communication with Fernanda and Gian Franko. It turned out that he could talk a little bit of German. They reacted promptly, when we needed anything. Eg a taxi from the airport or a new battery for the AC. The apartment was very good equipped, one could cook meals. It was near the center and a perfect starting point for all our trips. Everything worked well. Thank you Fernanda and Gian Franko for two safe and welcomed days in your Appartement.

We had easy communication with the host Fernanda and were warmly welcomed by her husband. We enjoyed the very central location in a more quiet street, within walking distance of most sights, restaurants and cafés The accommodation is comfy, spacious and well equipped. Be aware there is not a real window but enough light coming from the glass above the door and above the shower
