The apartment is well-maintained, spacious, cool, and completely hassle-free. The location is excellent – close to shops, laundries, restaurants, and banks. Impeccably clean, with flawless WiFi, and an incredibly reasonable price. Our stay was simply fantastic, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!!! Ricardo is truly the best landlord under the sun!!! – polite, helpful, always ready to offer advice, recommendations about everything in Praia, and fulfill any request. I highly recommend asking him for a ride to/from airport– Ricardo is more than happy to help and share local tips. The option to pay via Revolut is a huge plus. This is by far the best apartment in Praia!

We couldn't have wished for a better start in Cabo Verde and Praia than staying in this apartment! First of all Ricardo and his family are extremely nice and welcomed us like family directly! They showed us around and we went on a daytrip together ♡ We always had a great communication and they helped us with any question. The apartment is very nice and beautiful and has everything you need. The bed was super comfortable. We really felt like home and would come back here at any time again! Ricardo and Sandra have a great apartment in the main commercial hub of Praia. The apartment surprised me on how spacious it was and it also has a well appointed kitchen. The best part of the trip though was how kind and helpful Ricardo was. He let me leave my bags after checkout, answered all of my questions promptly, and even helped me after I checked out. The apartment is in a good area with a few groceries and restaurants close by. You would not go wrong staying here!

Apto Morabeza T2 Praia is an excellent apartment in a very pleasant area of the city (Palmarejo). Ricardo and Sandra are very hospitable, they provided me with a small tour of the area (shops, restaurants, access to public transport) and information on the city etc. I stayed in the apartment by myself but it is set up to fit 4 people comfortably. It was new, very clean, well kept and very comfortable. And last but not least, the shower has wonderful hot water. I was so surprised that the hosts offered me a lift to Cidade Velha (14 km away) when they had to be there for a family function on my day of arrival. It saved me lots of time, especially as Ricardo and his family showed me around the harder to reach sights (fort high above the town) and offered historical context to fort, ruins, church etc. but most of all, I enjoyed their hospitality. Will come back here for sure, if I happen to travel to Praia again.

The host Ricardo and his wife are very hospitable and helpful. We arrived late after midnight and were nevertheless welcome. We were leaded to the next supermarket/bakery nearby. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We can highly recommend this accomodation.
