Stunning location and super helpful staff

An absolutely beautiful place in a stunning location. We loved everything about La Coquille, it was right on the beach, which was beautiful. The host was incredibly helpful to anything we needed.

The location right on the beach is amazing and all of the staff were lovely and really friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was very welcome as it was so hot plus a great shower and comfy bed.

Perfect location for a relaxing stay at Ilha Grande with options for various activities, good food and drinks. The staff was very kind and helpful and we most appreciated Diego’s great service. The room had everything we needed and if there was anything extra we were looking for, the staff was there to help. We also rented a kayak for the afternoon and explored the coast from Praia Vermelha to Lagoa Verde and can only recommend others to do the same!

“The holidays we dreamed about”

It is well located. The staff amazing and very attentive.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean. Even the side rooms have a nice view. They instructed us on which ferry to get beforehand and contacted us to come with a small boat to pick up our luggage while we walked along the beach for a few minutes.

The guesthouse is located right on the beach. A few steps away there is a great snorkeling spot with lots of colorful fish. The staff is amazing, Diego was most helpful in assisting us during our stay. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Aracatiba.

The staff were the most friendly people we’ve met on our holiday in Brazil - all of them. Diego especially took very good care of us and gave us recommendations for what to do every day while we were there, so it felt like we got a personal island guide with the price. They also have the cutest little cat, Amore, which we loved being greeted by when we got home.

The team at La Coquille and super friendly, helpful and efficient. The room in the pousada are very comfortable and the location absolutely super on the beach. Breakfast good. Great terrace for breakfast and nice communal areas to chill overlooking the beach which from what we could see is unusual.

Incredible, beautiful and peaceful location, fantastic restaurant onsite, beautiful view from our bedroom. Very clean. Diego was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, a fabulous host who also helped with booking our ferry and day trips. We would highly recommend this place!
