Overview
A 5-minute drive from the O2 Arena, Wellness Hotel Step is 5 km from Prague city centre. It features a direct connection to the Step Sports and Wellness Centre. Private paid parking is available at the hotel. Offering city views, Hotel Step’s modern and spacious rooms feature a minibar, satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. All of the rooms feature air-conditioning. Spa facilities include an indoor pool and various saunas.The Sports Centre includes tennis, squash and badminton courts, a bowling alley, and an indoor golf centre. Most rooms include a combination of complimentary Water World or Sauna World entries. All guests also have a 50% discount on racket sports at the hotel. Our entire stay was great! It was a very quick trip but the hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff was friendly and helpful (even before our arrival - we had a few questions and they answered them all via a message on Booking), we got our room upgraded for free too! The room itself was very clean and comfortable, the bed super comfy. Really, it was amazing

“One night only but perfect, we’ll be back!”
Lovely facilities, swimming pool and Sauna world were brilliant. Staff were so friendly. We arrived late in the evening and only had 20 mins for a swim and the lady didn’t charge us. In check out we were given bottles of water as it was 30 degrees outside. Breakfast was brilliant too. Room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. Lovely hotel and we will be back!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful, nice and clean room, various breakfast with bottomless prosecco and mimosa during the weekend 😊 Public transport to the city center 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Location was good for my conference at the 02 but poor for tourism. It was a good ten minute walk before you reached public transport too. 20 minute walk to the 02

“Honestly run pretty but staff laugh at your misery”
I’d say the spa and massage but we never got to go because we were waiting for them to get back to us and then they sent us to the wrong place with a smile and giggle

When we checked in, all the three-bed rooms were occupied, so they upgraded us to a Deluxe room! It was a pleasure. They also gave us a 20-euro gift certificate for our next stay. Cleanliness, interior design of the rooms and the reception lobby with the piano and chess tables. The breakfast buffet is top level with huge variation of warm dishes like omelette, eggs, beans , bacon and even fresh pancakes . There was a huge selection of cold cuts as well with local cheese and sausages. Last but not least we had the most enjoyable check out ever as we hot a free magnet, two small bottles of water and a sale for the partner hotels .
