The villa is beautiful, in a great location with a private garage. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Roman the host makes sure you have everything you need during your stay. The breakfast, the eggs, the lemonade and the coffee is exceptional.

I love the location of the villa. It is in a really quiet spot but still close enough to the metro. Our room was super clean and comfortable, so we could actually relax during the trip. It was also great to have good restaurants nearby and be able to get to the city center so easily.

Really nice and helpful staff and excellent service. Good location, close to metro line C and bus stop even closer. The room was quiet and really clean and the bed was also excellent.

“Excellent stay in a excellent city”

Breakfast as others have said was excellent. Location is about 30 mins from centre using Prague’s truly excellent public transport especially during the week. We like exploring and using lots of different routes and modes of transport to the centre was part of the fun of Prague. Roman the host could as very kind and helpful even offering us lifts when it was raining.

The owner of the hotel is very firendly and smily. He was very polite and kind with us and our old parents who staid in his hotel. He prepared all breakfasts by his own and cares about our parents during breakfast. Our parents were very satisfied with the hotel and we recommend it to everyone. It is very calm and peacefull place.

I visited Villa na Vinici with my brother and parents for a long weekend visit in Prague. We booked two rooms in Villa na Vinici and spent there two nights. First of all i would like to emphesize great gospitality of the host. Roman met me just when i came, explained everything in details, showed us rooms and informed us about options of transportation from Villa na Vinici to city Centre as well as about places Worth visiting nearby. The rooms were very clean and contained everything we needed. Breakfasts were delicious and in case we wanted we could order scramblled eggs and the host was always there to check whether we need something else. Thank you, Roman for your hospitality! When it comes to transportation to city Centre, there is possibility to get there by taking bus + train or bus + underground. Villa na vinici is in suburbs of Prague, however public transport is organized well in Prague what allowed us to be in the City Centre in around 35-45 minutes. I know that for many People it is too much, bot for us it was totally fine.

Price/quality was very good

Everything was fine, the Villa was clean, the breakfast was great and there was no noise in the night. The owner was very polite and I will come back again in the future.

The breakfast was very tasty, especially the baguettes from the local bakery. The view into the garden from the breakfast room was amazing. The personnel was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All facilities were clean and we felt like at home.

The facility was really clean and neat. The host of the hotel was great easily reachable, and breakfast was really good. The buses and tram station were close by, also has a super market across the street.

Nice, clean and comfortable accommodation in a quiet part of Prague, close to public transport. The host Roman is very kind, communicative, always ready to meet various requests of guests. The only complaint, or rather advice, is that he should think about getting a self-service espresso machine, so that we don't bother him to make us coffee early in the morning :)

absolutely fantastic, Roman, the owner, is a great person: very friendly, open and helpful, the breakfast was king size and tasty, location is perfect, garage included, spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Close to bus stops and metro station. Some good and affordable restaurants around with excellent Czech beer. HIGHLY recommended for business or family stays.
