10 mins away from airport by bolt 329cz. 20 mins away by bus….easy route 39cz. Self check in by codes. Basic continental breakfast no queues. Clean bedding. Coffee making facilities. Great bathroom, good water pressure.

It was all OK, but facilities are basic. e.g. Wifi available, but slow, Air Con was fine, TV available, but almost only czech language options - access to Netflix, Prime video, disney etc would be a massive improvement. Breakfast was basic, but completely satisfactory for me.

Good solution for early flights from Prague International Airport; no staff, however, I needed support and there is a very helpful help desk available

Check-in is a nightmare. There's no reception, and to get in, you have to go through three security checkpoints with codes, plus the one for your room. Plus, the final icon on one of the codes they sent me was wrong. They send tons of emails with instructions and codes, and it's not easy at all. On top of that, to park inside, you have to do it when you arrive by scanning the parking barrier's data matrix or calling the number listed. (Besides the freezing cold in Czech Republic right now, it's like being eaten alive by wolves). Even calling the hotel from home beforehand wouldn't let me reserve parking.

They did not put on main page on buking dot com that it is self-service hotel. I just checked it again, before writing this review. So, I arrived in the evening, It was cold, dark and I had difficulties in opening the gate. I simply was not able to open the entrance door. The screen was not responding. I had to stay like that more that 30 minutes. I was literally screaming HELP! and nobody answered, althought they have two cameras directed to the entrance door. Another couple came later one and they could not press their code on the screen. so, we were already 3 persons staying at the entrance. Then two more people came and where able to open the door. I have heard later, that some people could not open their door to the room. Literally, nobody at the reception. A lot of troubles. This should not happen with 4-stars hotel. It my oppinion, it is a very good self-service hostel. You will never get hungry, but the breakfast had small food options for 4-stars hotel.

Absence of 24-hour reception - this was replaced by electeonic access - all door codes are delivered to Booking communication. Great breakfast. Spaceful room, clean.

“A good hotel for resting before a flight.”

A hotel located close to the airport, very convenient for an overnight stay before a flight. The hotel is fully self-service, but all information regarding access codes to the room, the building, and the entrance gate is provided before the stay begins. The hotel was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable night’s sleep before a flight. A big advantage is the fully fenced and secure area with plenty of parking spaces.
