The guesthouse offers what we might call a glimpse of the communist era of the 1980s, enhanced by the presence of the venerable hosts, whose age and stories add authenticity to the atmosphere.

“Good value stay in a nostalgic home.”
The couple was friendly and spoke some English. They kept to their spaces downstairs so we wouldn't feel like we were intruding on them. We were able to park the car inside their gate. Each room had a flatscreen TV with Netflix. Breakfast was simple, typical European - bread, ham, cheese, yogurt (for the one who doesn't eat ham), hard boiled egg, coffee & tea. The house is a 10 min walk from the metro station so it was easy to get to the old town city center. We also walked all the way, following the river and stopped to see sites we wouldn't normally have seen.

For us, it was more like staying at our home!! Vacation at our Grandparents home!! Hosts are elderly, very very inspiring couple, they spoke English very well!! Very humble, cute, helpful, replying to our messages almost immediately. Let us do the check-in much earlier than the regular check-in time, free parking, spoke to us very humbly and very accomodating:) Filling international breakfast: cheese, ham, butter,salame,bread, egg, brioche, tea, coffee.. Very inspiring couple!!! I would love to come back here again:).

The pension is hosted by very kind and helpful elderly couple. Very nice localization in quiet surrounding of other older villas and embassies, circa 10min of walk from metro station. The equipment was clean and in good condition, although it is old fashioned
