“Disappointing”
The elevators were reduced x2 from x4 so it took ages in the morning to get to breakfast. The lady at check-in was the only really friendly person on the staff that I met The walls were so thin I could hear the person next door...when I asked to move room, I was told I could downgrade but no refund..and I couldn't be told where it would be! At breakfast, I literally out my fork down and the plate was swiped away so fast....as was my drink when i went to get something else...

The hotel was in a good location, away from the busy city area, which made it peaceful. However, because of that, it also took a long time to travel to the city. Other than that, there was nothing particularly exceptional about the stay.

“Very pleasant and relaxing business trip”
The location is great if you don’t need to stay in the direct city center.From the main train station it is only 5 metro stops away.The breakfast is very rich and tasty,I also like how clean the room is.I recommend it for a business trip but also for a nice weekend for couples.

“Nex time i would like ti stay in premium class and i hope that all this details what i wrote abow will take in order.”
I think that Hotel should be modernized. I missed conditioner in container at the shower also for 4* Hotel is necessary to have a little samples of cream and make up removal also i missed a shower cap. This is a simple details but it makes a a great signature- attention of a Hotel Management staff…

The apartment is very cozy, spacious, and in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. Everything you need is close by. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Praha!
