“Fabulous location and characterful building but customer service and info could be improved”
Great location and kitchen equipment such as coffee nespresso type machine, coffee plunger pot, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Also nice Bluetooth speaker and large TV in the bedroom/bedside lounge although when we arrived, the speaker wasn’t working. Same for safe which wasn’t working on arrival, but was great to have once it was

Everything. The location which is close to attractions yet away from the maddening crowd. The layout with a terrace where the family can chill out together. The kitchen complete with oven and cooking utensils. The staff who were very responsive to our requests.

“Perfect location for trip to Prague”
Brilliant location. Mins from many main attractions, yet secluded and quiet. Apartment was clean, comfortable & spacious for this family of 5. Air conditioning worked great. Use of playstation 5 was great touch!

“A charming hotel in Prague.”
The location is unbeatable, in lovely mala strana close to Karl bridge but yet on a quiet street. The hotel is located in a renovated historic building. Modern decor. Spaceous, clean apartment, we were a family of 5 in the two bedroom apartment with a balcony facing a charming inner backyard. Friendly and attentive staff. Very good restaurants just a few steps away and in-house.

Location was great. Large room with great facilities. Comfortable bed. Large tv with Netflix, YouTube etc. Cooking facilities and washing machine
