Overview
Occidental Praha, formerly known as Barceló Praha, is located on the Na Strži near Prague's biggest shopping malls, only 15 minutes by metro from the Old Town and 5 minutes from popular sport and leisure area Zlute Lazne. It offers free WiFi in the entire property. The house was renovated in 2016. All air-conditioned rooms provide a flat-screen satellite TV, WiFi, a coffee and tea making facilities, a hairdryer, a work desk and a safe. Some rooms feature a minibar, iron and ironing board and coffee machine. Guests of the Occidental Praha can enjoy the breakfast buffet as well as traditional Czech cuisine in Doré Restaurant. In the new lobby bar B Lounge, guests can enjoy a wide variety of wine, beer and spirits. Hotel guests can use hotel fitness. The metro station Budejovicka is 300 metres from the hotel, offering direct connection to the city centre. There, the National Museum, the Wenceslas Square and the famous Astronomical Clock can be found. Guarded parking will be provided on request, charges are applicable.

Large comfortable bed, clean room with everything we needed including a small fridge. Buffet breakfast with many choices. Close to metro station, with easy access to city centre. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance from hotel was very convenient.

Small hot room. We askwd x2 to fix temp. One small chair. Bed rolled away from wall many times so difficult to sit there also.

Very comfy hotel, a big plus the proximity to the metro station Budejovicka, even Pankrac and its shopping mall easily accessible on foot. Great communication with the reservations before arrival. All my needs fully fulfilled. Thank you.

“Very good value for the money”
Nice clean hotel. I got the executive room, it was very comfortable and pretty well equipped, except for a things I’ll explain in that section. Instant coffee, Tee and kettle are a blessing. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Good hotel for a low budget, a little bit far from the center of Prague. There is public transport and a shopping mall near the hotel. The hotel's staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was clean and soft. The room had a mini fridge and a variety of beverages like coffee/tea. The aircon was working properly when needed.
