Well located, clean, nice hotel. Very good breakfast, nice cafe in the hotel, welcome drink and small gifts included.

Our room was amazing - it's location was perfect for all of the places to see in the city. The staff was so friendly and kind. We had a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. The items in the mini bar was so reasonable as were drinks and food in the bar, which was a lovely place to relax. There was also a garden room. This hotel is wonderful - thank everyone at Mosaic House for a lovely stay.

“We had a wonderful stay at Mosaic, thanks to its excellent central location and accommodating staff.”

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mosaic. The hotel is in an excellent central location, with most of the attractions, restaurants, and activities we wanted to visit within easy walking distance. Although breakfast was not included in our booking, we chose to have breakfast in the hotel’s café every day and were very impressed with both the quality and service. My friend has dietary allergies, and the staff were extremely accommodating and attentive to his needs throughout our stay. The room was well designed, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay despite the central location. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

The location was quiet but it was not far to walk to the river and all places of interest. Very friendly staff, good food and quality furnishings in well designed room. The room was actually better than it looks in the pictures. Efficient taxi service to the airport.
