We enjoyed the spacious room but it was only given to us after an incorrect, much smaller one, was given to us on the arrival. The breakfast selection was great.

Extremely clean and tidy rooms, modern shower and plenty of plug-points as well as lamps by the bedside. Very welcoming staff and the bar-drinks were cheap for a hotel.

We’ve got what we expected. The hotel is located in a quiet city centre within 15-20 minute walk to the main sightseeings on the relevant bank of the river. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, ready to assist whenever required. The room was clean and nice, with all the required inside. Exactly as described. Breakfasts start at 06:30, which is absolutely great if you want to start your long day early - that was very important and exactly what we were looking for, due to most hotels serve breakfast starting with 7:00, 8:00 and even later, while it might be important for many guests to start their day as much early as possible and every minute matters. Breakfasts are various, fresh and tasty. Parking is at a separate fee, but that was not a surprise for us - the relevant info was provided on the hotel’s web-site. The price is not higher than the average ones anywhere else in the centre of Prague. Entering might be a bit complicated, due to narrow space, but again - this should be expected in most buildings of the old part of the city. All in all, we have fully enjoyed our staying and would repeat it willingly, should we ever return to Prague again. Our big thanks to the personnel who was very welcoming, supportive and friendly.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming first impression. Our room was spacious, and the lobby offered plenty of comfortable space to relax, with a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. The hotel’s location was also a strong point, situated just 10–15 minutes from the city centre and Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few improvements, this review could easily have been rated much higher.

I liked the reception staff, the hotel position. Easy to get to the center.

The property is close to the old town (~ 1 km away). The staffs are super friendly where we can ask for letting us store our stuffs before the check in and us have the late check out.

Staff members were not proactive. Spa and wellness center was not part of the hotel. Also, price was relatively too expensive.
