The location is nice and the room is spacious.

Mama Shelter Praha was very clean and close to trams into the old town. The room was a good size. Check in and check out was very eady and fast. Next to a mall with Lidl grocery store to pick up water and snacks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Roya and Juris.

Ive stayed many times in Mama Shelter and this stay was for my son Andrew Sillitoes 50th birthday. There were 11 in total staying, plus we paid £350 for a room for the celebration including food. Plus we spent large amounts of money on drinks and food though out the five days, i repeat LARGE amounts. We were NOT offered any special rates I have recommended your hotel to many and still no special offers for myself.

Our stay at Mama Shelter Prague was absolutely great! Friendly and welcoming staff, delicious cocktails, and a fantastic atmosphere with great DJs and music in the evenings. The location is perfect: centrally located and ideal for exploring Prague.

The staff in the restaurant was amazing! Two ladies were extremely attentive and pleasant to us. Food was great as well. I highly recommend trying their pizza😁 Regarding the room. It was clean and quite spacious. The only thing that bothered us a bit is the construction next to the hotel but still it didn’t make our stay worse. The hotel has great location especially if you’re travelling for a concert in the Hala Sportovni. It’s close to the city centre too 😉

The hotel is very modern and pop, with a huge amount of small details that make it staying there full of surprises. It is clear that the staff invested a lot of time (and had a lot of fun) in personalising the hotel. The location is also excellent, in a vibrant neighbourhood, with plenty of cafes and restaurants, and several tram lines connecting to the city centre.

Convenient location. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as public transport stops and a shopping center (including grocery stores). The lobby is quite pleasant, where you can play billiards, use arcade machines (non-gambling), or simply relax with friends in different seating areas. The water pressure in the shower is excellent.

Beautiful hotel. Very convenient location. Kind and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was great although a bit expensive.
