Acceptably clean rooms. Quiet area.

People at the reception were extremely helpful, for example when I wanted to prolong parking in the public place. They tried to please me explaining why there is no climatisation ("conservator rulezz") although I knew it. It is an old building, for me perfect as I like stylish interiors. Every my question was greeted with smile and attention. Breakfast was good enough, variety as well, very tasty coffe from the machine. We were greeted with prosecco, very nice after long journey.

We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by this hotel. The building itself is absolutely stunning — a beautiful historic property and a UNESCO World Heritage site, full of charm and character. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. We appreciated the welcome drink, and every member of the team was happy to answer our questions, provide information, and make us feel at home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. We slept very well, enjoying the unique atmosphere of staying in such a historic building. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. What impressed us even more was the outstanding value for money. We received an exceptional experience at a very reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of our stay and would love to return again and again. We are also looking forward to exploring other hotels within this wonderful hotel group in the future. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

“Amazing accommodations”

It's never as good as it looks. In this case, it was way better! The accommodations were amazing, breakfast delicious, and staff the friendliest I've met. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Prague, friend or otherwise!!

Close to city center, clean rooms, nice staff

The breakfast is probably the hotel breakfast buffet I have exoerienced in a long tim (I attended at 7 o'clock, so I might have gotten the best version)

The room was very clean, the prosecco was a nice suprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ideal place for town visit.

Free parking was a plus, even though we couldn't park in the hotel's backyard since the entrance is too narrow. Location was ok, fairly close to the old town. Breakfast for non-vegans was rather good, for vegans very minimal options.
