Great staff, comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was great. Was a little far from city centre but this was known before booking and the public transport system was great. Metro station very close by.

The building is amazing, it has traditional style and is in excellent condition. Room is wide, clean, comfortable and quite, bed like for kings.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the included buffet breakfast was also rich. The building is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood.

“Reception Staff Gianna Is the Worst Customer Service You Can Encounter”

We booked this four-star hotel mainly because it offered heating, which was essential since the temperature during our stay was around 1°C. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Gianna, was distant and unwelcoming, offering no smile or clear explanation about our stay. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable, though it was odd to find two single duvets placed vertically on the beds. When we tried to use the air conditioning for heating, it didn’t work. Gianna replied rather ironically that “the air conditioning only works in summer” and suggested we “just open the window,” without offering any solution. This left us feeling uncomfortable, especially as another guest laughed sarcastically nearby. At night, the room was quite cold, but the night receptionist, Stefano,was kind enough to eventually find us an extra duvet after some effort, which we really appreciated. The waitress at the restaurant was also very polite and friendly, and the overall appearance of the hotel was pleasant. Unfortunately, the poor service at reception and lack of proper heating made our stay disappointing for a supposed four-star hotel. My rating would have been 1/10 due to Gianna’s behavior, but thanks to Stefano,the restaurant waitress, and the hotel’s appearance, it rises to 4/10.

“Classic and Luxury Hotel.”

The classic and luxury atmosphere. Also the quality of the breakfast is good, although there are not a large variety. The restaurant staff is friendly and the taste is good!

“Nice summer stay in a calm environment, which is well connected to the centre of Prague”

For our city visit to Prague with 2 adults and 2 children, it was important to have 1) comfort 2) aircon 3) car parking and 4) easy and quick access to the old town via metro (here it is line A). That's why we chose Hotel Villa. On top of that it exceeded our expectations: exellent sleep due to high quality beds, quietness and temperature. We stayed during the August 2025 heat wave and as cold sleepers did not even have to power up the existing aircon, because we could open lots of windows (towards a quiet lot) during the night. Another plus was the opportunity to return tired and hungry from a full day of sightseeing and enjoy the good value-for-price food on the hotel restaurant's terrace. The staff and 24h reception desk were friendly and helpful.

A very nice and quiet location in a beautiful building with a garden. The room was very clean. On weekends, free street parking is available nearby. Otherwise, the hotel offers its own paid parking.

The hotel has parking which you can reserve. It’s in a quiet location, but still close to the metro. Breakfast is really good with variety. A/C blows cold air at a perfect temperature.

I loved the friendly family atmosphere and art deco style. The rose garden was a beautiful place to sit with coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very good shower, too! About a 12 minute walk to many trams and metro, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet and relaxing to come home to after being out in the town center. Staff were helpful and responsive.
