“A good place for an overnight stay in a quiet suburb of Prague”

I wanted a nice quiet small hotel in that part of Prague, which doesn't exactly abound in accommodation options, and Kanarek fitted the bill just fine. The room was small but comfortable and I slept well, which isn't always the case the first night in a new place. The breakfast was exactly what I wanted.

Very clean, good breakfast included and good connection to the city center via tram and bus. Very good value overall.

Perfect for a motorcycle trip: the staff provided me with a garage where I could keep my bike safe. Plus, the number 22 tram takes you directly to the center of Prague.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good and varied, and the reception staff were very friendly.

The outside

“Wonderful and modest hotel in Prague”

The location is excellent, it's near the tram station. It has free parking as well so it is perfect if you want to make use of the public transportation to go to Prague 1. The breakfast is also great, they refill the things from time to time and there are many tables in the dining area. They also have a restaurant if you don't want to go far for dinner. Our room was in the attic but it was warm enough and not that tight, there was enough space for our two luggage and other stuff. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Prague.

Easy to find/access and not far from the transports that take you to the center of Prague. Breakfast included. Wifi works well. Clean and tidy. The assistants are helpful and speak english very well

Great choice of food and drinks for breakfast. Clean rooms. Always avaialble parking. Quiet place, very "family feeling". I have stayed with family already second time.

“What we didn't like”

The breakfast was nice except there was no American coffee. The shower was nice and hot.

the sheets and the cushion were a little smelly, I guess they need more washing and time to dry.

Good stay for the price. Room was clean and spacious enough. Food and drinks were good quality for the price. There was shops and tram/train station nearby so you could reach city center easily. Overall a nice stay.

Genuine 3-star (***) hotel experience - clean room, free parking, tram station (Nádraží Hostivař) virtually in front of the hotel - more than OK for overnight stay or business trip. Had already slept there previously, so that everything as expected. We wer leaving early in the morning for the airport, before breakfast, so were offered to take away something.

this was just a quick overnight stop, and everything was great – the price matched our expectations. breakfast was excellent, and dinner was also well prepared and tasty. the staff were helpful and friendly.
