A lovey, cosy, friendly hotel. It's in a old building (arched ceilings, spiral stairs, exposed beams) but newly decorated, clean and comfortable. The rooms had real character - our room was a bit small and awkwardly laid out, but this wasn't a problem. With an upper level, courtyard-facing room, it was really peaceful - even with the windows open at night. (It's worth asking for that on the booking!). Although located just off a busy, bustling street with very easy tram access, it really felt like a calm oasis. There's a lovely courtyard with seating - a great place for a drink after a days sightseeing. I think the single biggest plus of this hotel is the staff - every single person we engaged with (reception, bar staff, restaurant, etc) were incredibly friendly, and more than happy to help. A good breakfast setup, too. There's the option to take breakfast out in the courtyard, too.

Great location. Comfortable and good sized room We were on the 1st floor. The British pub across the road was really noisy. It was great how insulated the room was so unless you had the window open there was minimal noise. Good selection at breakfast. Close to tram stops and walkable to most things.

The location is outstanding; right near the food court, Fly Vista skybar and Levels and the Kafka head art installation. Despite the hotel being so close to a main urban thoroughfare, the hotel was an oasis of calm and tranquility. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very welcoming with a/c after all the miles of walking to soak up the artistic - historical - marvel that is Prague. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and gave you some Czech choices to whet your appetite for an adventure. The hotel is boutique-style where you can feel at home. I particularly liked having a beer or trying a glass of Czech wine in the little patio garden that's lush with plants and huge flowered tree peonies. The tram stop is just at the top of the road and there was even an underground Tesco.

Fantastic hotel. Great location, 5 or 10 mins walk from most places you want to go. Fabulous breakfast, loads of choice. Rooms were great, clean and quiet. Couldn't wish for anything else. Fantastic value for money.

Amazing location, quiet despite being in the center, staff is great and always trying to help, rich breakfast and great inside garden. Triple room is big enough.
