My stay at this accommodation was truly a wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I felt very welcome and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended, and I would gladly choose this accommodation again.

What a terrible hotel. We arrived at Limehome Halová in Prague and everything went wrong from the start. The temperature in the room was literally around 1 degree. It was warmer outside than inside. On top of that, all the facilities that were supposed to be included according to the description were missing. The first night we immediately noticed how extremely cold it was. It was so cold that I had to go to the bathroom wearing my coat. Because it was unbearable, we contacted the staff (there is no reception at this hotel). The employee told us we could take extra blankets from the closet, but there wasn’t even a closet in our room. Then we were told to go to another room to get blankets. We asked if we could just stay in that room instead, but that was not possible. What was especially shocking: there was absolutely no help from the staff. They didn’t think along with us, offered no solution, and basically left us to deal with it ourselves. Despite contacting them multiple times, it remained nothing but empty words. Long story short: my husband and I both got seriously ill because of the cold. The next day my husband had a fever of 39.8°C. The staff did absolutely nothing. We were not given another room, no solution, only a “sorry.” They sounded concerned, but that was all it was. We were also promised compensation, but in the end we received absolutely nothing. No form of compensation whatsoever, even though the situation was completely unacceptable. The heating did not work, not even on the second day. We had no hot water, no safe, no room service—nothing at all. The room was also very dirty; you could clearly see footprints from previous guests. In the end, we only had a horrible experience. We went to Prague and returned home sick and disappointed. Absolutely ridiculous. How do these people dare to call themselves a 4-star hotel?

The accommodation was relatively good; however, I would like to point out a few issues that were not disclosed to us from the beginning. The room only has lighting from two lamps, there is no refrigerator, and the sofa is absolutely unusable (you could feel all the wooden parts through the mattress). The bathroom door is slightly damaged, although still usable. Other than that, the location is very good, close to the city center and the metro. As for the host, my experience with them was mediocre.

Excellent location and very clear instructions. Super easy to set up a stay, without hassle! There is no check in reception desk, which kinda made things seem a bit awkward, but the instructions were super clear, everything worked perfectly, and there was no problems whatsoever. The location is great, not too close to tourist area, but not too far either, everything we wanted to visit was within the walking distance. The place was spotless, the beds were super comfortable and the stay was fantastic!

The overall experience was nice. The apartment has everything needed for a 3 night stay. It was very clean. The location was perfect, within 2-3 min walk you can reach tram and metro. I recommand it, with some improvements.

Very cozy, very comfortable, quiet. If you are looking for a good rest after a good party this is it.

Everything was perfect!😁

The problem is the number of issues within the rooms. In our first room, the shower was broken, which flooded the entire bathroom floor, making it unsafe and unusable. We notified staff via WhatsApp, and they looked into it the next day while we were out. Sadly, they couldn't fix it, so we were moved to another room. Despite the significant hassle of moving mid-stay due to a major maintenance failure, no upgrade was offered, just a move to an equivalent room. This second room seemed fine at first, only for us to notice the hairdryer was broken. Then, on our last night, the Wi-Fi disconnected and staff actually asked us to troubleshoot the router (which didn't work). Expecting a guest to act as technical support is unprofessional, and a mere € 10,- refund for the Wi-Fi issue does not compensate for the overall experience. ​Furthermore, the cleaning is superficial (lift up a soap bottle and you'll find grime), and the doors offer zero noise cancellation we could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway at 3 am.

It is the second time we have booked here. You can find a parking place in the front of the building (on the street). The apartment is overall clean and well equipped (maybe the floor needs more attention - to be washed) - but it's important only for us with small kids. Elevator - positive point, but unfortunately in the building that was this time the apartment, the elevator was between the levels and with a big stroller wasn't easy. The acces ia quite easy, but you need to check in only on their website.

Everything we wanted was there, clean, tidy and well presented throughout.

“DON'T BOOK HERE”

This hotel is a nightmare. You must understand, there is nobody to help you at the site -- everything is online. They cut short on expanses, to your demise were anything to happen to you during the stay. I was unfortunate. First, I get cut off the heating -- at first contact they said that they cannot do anything, so there I was, in the room with temperatures outside below 0C -- then on second day they promised to do checkup first thing in the morning. Of course nobody came in the morning -- personnel lied to me and booking that they have mended the issue - of course nothing happened with my freezing room. After two days freezing, in the afternoon (after me fighting back and calling them, because they will ignore you if you just use WhatsApp -- they offered me a temporal room for a night -- and they SHOUT ME OFF my old room before I returned to get my stuff. With 5% battery on phone, I needed to get "temporary code" to access my stuff. I was lucky, but the code was "one use only", so I needed to pack myself really carefully not to leave anything essential back - because there was no turning back. Then it turned out, that I am to leave the other room next thing in the morning and be left without a room UNTIL they end their examination of my previous room. I needed to fight them JUST TO NOT BE HOMELESS for who know how many hours? After 3 days -- and again, only phone call works -- finally they went to my room (510 -- don't book it) and they said... Heating is not working. They delayed help for 3 days, and lied to me on day two that they got somebody to check and there was no problem, only to finally stand corrected... Then every day I wanted to go to my room I needed other codes, I got transferred to the room without a fridge, so I lost all my food. Room was ok, but severely overpriced - you have much cheaper options in Prague with same access to metro and old town.
