“Beautiful design and great restaurant staff, but disappointing service for a 5-star hotel.”
The hotel's modern design is beautiful and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with gluten-free bread and plant-based milk alternatives available. The restaurant and bar team were outstanding throughout my stay: friendly, professional, accommodating regarding dietary restrictions, and serving excellent food and creative, beautifully presented drinks. They were undoubtedly the highlight of the hotel.

Breakfast was good and appreciated. The room was good but didn't like the skylight windows and would have appreciated a room with regular windows for more light. The location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, with extra credit going to Jan!

“Perfect stay in the heart of Prague”
Bottom line - Amazing stay. The location was perfect - 2min walk from Prague Central station. Breakfast was very good, the beds are SOOO comfortable and 90% of the time it was very quiet. It was spotless clean. I would stay again and highly recommend.

“Lovely Hotel in a beautiful city”
The Hotel is lovely. The room was very clean and spacious. Had everything you could want in a room for a city break. We had brunch and breakfast there and both were very good. So was the evening meal we had. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The location was very safe but just a little to far out for my liking, would stay nearer to old square next time.
