“Hotel at Václavské náměstí”
The room was fine and the breakfast very good. The hotel is near the metro and short walking distance to the old town. Near shopping.

“Beautiful hotel and a perfect location”
Very large and spacious. The outside does not do the inside justice at all. Great location. Staff were lovely. Locked Room to leave your bags before and after checkin/checkout.

“The receptionist are not friendly”
I did communicate well the receptionist about the location and how to manage my 4 luggage, 2 are big since we travel from far away. The receptionist didn’t explain clearly and we ended up dragging our luggage from the parking building through cobbles stone streets

“Lovely hotel, with plenty of character”
The beautiful room,, we think it was an upgrade as the hotel knew it was our 1 year wedding anniversary. Very large and comfortable. Also the receptionist -Ziri -was very helpful, and assisted in booking local tours.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Prague. The rooms were large, beautiful, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and a metro station nearby, which made getting around the city very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, including hot dishes, different types of bread and toppings, and delicious traditional Czech sweets. My personal favorite was the freshly brewed coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly. On our last day, they even arranged a taxi to the airport for us and prepared a breakfast package to take along. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!
