Great location, great service, responsive and friendly staff

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was definitely worth the price.

Very comfortable room, spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The main train station is a 15 minute walk away. The old town is about 20 minutes on foot. There are good restaurants in the area near the hotel.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the professionalism of the reception staff, and the overall quality of service throughout our stay. The hotel has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The selection went far beyond the usual eggs and sausages, offering a variety of delicious and thoughtfully prepared dishes. It was refreshing to have substantial alternatives instead of just yogurt, cereal, or porridge. As someone who often struggles to enjoy breakfast, I genuinely looked forward to it every morning and started my day with a smile.

The hotel was amazing! Very clean! The location is amazing and very convenient! The staff were very polite. The guy at the reception, Radek is the nicest and most helpful human being!

I booked and paid for a double room, but upon arrival I was told the hotel did not have enough available rooms and I was placed in a much smaller room instead. I accepted only because I had no alternative at that moment after arriving and already paying in advance. I stayed in the downgraded room for three days, and no proper solution or compensation was offered. Very disappointing and unprofessional handling of an overbooking situation. Guests should receive the room category they paid for.

Location is really convenient

Hotel is located in good place, 15 minuts walk from main train station or about 5 minutes from metro or bus/tram stop. The breakfast ok, quite a lot to choose. Room was rather clean, they change towels everyday.

“Perfect, price, service”

The location is very close to the old town and the train station. You don't need a taxi or other means of transport. Across the road there is a small shop with everything. The breakfast is very very very good and varied. The rooms are clean, the bathroom too, I highly recommend it.

There is a problem with credit card transactions in the hotel. The sum charged from by bank account was 50 eur higher than the actual price in the receipt.
