COSMOPOLITAN Hotel Prague is located on a calm street of Prague city centre, 900 metres from Old Town Square and a 2-minute walk from Palladium shopping mall. This town house was built in 1889 and has been restored into a modern luxury boutique hotel combining historical elements and modern design. All rooms feature free Wi-Fi as well as an interactive smart TV with Internet access and extra-large screen compatible with mobile devices. “Disappointing check-in experience for a five-star hotel, made worse by the unprofessional and unapologetic attitude of t”
The hotel welcomed us with complimentary wine and snacks, and the room was very clean. After learning that we were unhappy with the check-in experience on the first day, the reception staff the next day proactively offered free parking and sincerely apologized. We were very impressed by her professionalism and service, especially compared to the attitude of the previous staff member.

The room was very comfortable, and the bed sheets, pillows, and quilt were of excellent quality. The bathroom was well-appointed, and the bath was very comfortable to sit in. Staff were very. friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great selection, including a range of fresh breads and rolls.

Breakfast is exceptional and even on my stays in Prague when i live in other hotels, i still go to "Next Door" to have breakfast because this is the best hotel breakfast i ever had anywhere, at any price. Especially i recommend those big croissants that are offered as extras to the buffet! By default they are sweet (chocolate or almond) but you can ask for a plain one too. There's also an offer of decent champagne in room service at unimaginably low price - that's actually lower than in a supermarket.

Enjoyed staying for 9 nights. Great location, quiet and cozy. The only improvement would be restricting lift access to guest room floors for better security.
