The property is 100% value for money. Nothing fancy, but absolutely clean, quiet and a walking distance from the river (where one can find cool bars on a sunny day). One can easily walk to the historic city center and other landmarks. As a woman, I felt safe to walk around- and back to the property at night. The host, Christina, is an extremely helpful, hospitable and energetic person. She made us feel at home upon arrival and shared good tips for the city! One of the best hosts I have met in central/eastern Europe! Her dog is a plus!!!

Kristina was an excellent host. She was there to welcome us and said 'you have come home' and she was right. She really did make us feel at home. She had a ' Guide to Prague' book which she gave us for the duration of our stay. She also provided transport guides, tourist recommendations etc and was very informative about places to visit in Prague The accommodation was very clean and provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Kristina also provided a great continental breakfast for 5 euros per day( first introductory one free of charge) This was a choice of juices, cereals, breads, rolls, cold meats and cheeses and a selection of cakes. Tea and coffee. Buffet style, so you could eat well before venturing out for the day. As we had been travelling for a time, she kindly did our laundry free of charge. What service. Never had that before in all our years of travelling. As we had a late flight on our departure, Kristina allowed us to keep our accommodation until the evening., again free of charge. What can we say? An excellent host, comfortable accommodation and a great location for public transport all over Prague. Would have no hesitation in returning and recommending to others. The hostess was amazing, she did everything she could to make us feel welcome. Great breakfast for 5 €. The rooms were clean and nicely equipped.

Kristina is a very pleasant host and always happy to help with any information you may need. The rooms are perfectly clean, and the apartment is located close to the main tourist attractions. They also have a lovely dog, Nero, who is always ready for hugs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

My stay in Prague was truly special, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful host. She is incredibly kind, always ready to help, and has a natural warmth that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Her constant smile can genuinely brighten your day, even when you’re not in the best mood. One of my personal recommendations: listen to her advice about hidden places to explore. She knows the city beyond the typical tourist spots, and you simply can’t go wrong with her suggestions. The entire atmosphere of the hotel reflects the spirit of Prague itself — refined, charming, yet warm and home-like. It’s a place where you instantly feel comfortable. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions and landmarks, making it easy to explore everything on foot. And if you’re not much into walking, the public transport connections are also very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Prague.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aparthotel City 5, and I truly cannot recommend it enough. What makes this place so special is the incredible host, Kristina. I have never experienced such genuine kindness, warmth, and hospitality. Her positive energy is something truly rare and unforgettable. One moment in particular perfectly reflects her character: when it suddenly started snowing and I didn’t have a warm jacket, Kristina kindly gave me her own—her best one. She quite literally saved my day. Without her, I would have been freezing and probably unable to enjoy the rest of my time outside. It’s gestures like this that go far beyond expectations and show how much she truly cares about her guests. The hotel itself is also fantastic. The location is excellent, with great transport connections, making it incredibly easy to reach all parts of the city within minutes. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need—and even those small extra touches that make a stay feel special. This place exceeded my expectations. It is one of the best accomadation i have ever stayed at in Europe. I would like to thank them again and again. for their excelllent service. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

My stay at Aparthotel City 5 was truly wonderful. Kristina made me feel welcome from the very first moment. She took the time to show me maps and guidebooks, explaining what I could explore during my stay in beautiful Prague. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how helpful and kind she was, always ready to answer questions and give great local tips. Each morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast and made sure I had everything I needed. She creates such a warm, friendly atmosphere that you instantly feel at home. And of course, Nero adds even more charm, especially if you enjoy a cuddle from a sweet dog. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hostress of the guesthouse was exceptionally warm and hospitable. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home throughout the entire stay. Before my trip even began, the hostress gave me a detailed introduction to Prague and the city’s background, and also provided me with a Chinese guidebook, which made my journey much more enriching and enjoyable🤗🤗 What touched me most was that they prepared a welcome breakfast for me and, before I left, gave me a lovely Prague tapestry as a farewell gift. I was genuinely surprised by the level of service and it far exceeded my expectations！Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience！😉

I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk from Na Knížecí bus terminal, which made it incredibly convenient for day trips to other cities like Český Krumlov. With easy access to buses, trams, and the metro, getting around Prague was a breeze. Even the airport transfer was smooth and hassle-free. Old Town is only a 20-minute walk away, and I found myself walking most of the time. Each bridge offers a different view, and taking alternate routes allowed me to discover charming neighborhoods I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. The area around Anděl station is full of local restaurants and pubs, so even when I returned late from day trips, I had plenty of dining options nearby. The accommodation itself is a perfect blend of apartment comfort and hotel service. Kristina, the host, was incredibly kind and always available. Her warm welcome and orientation upon check-in made me feel like I had family in Prague. She provided helpful tips and local insights that truly enhanced my stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared — not excessive, but just right with everything I needed to start the day well. The apartment wasn’t ultra-modern, but it was spotlessly clean, with excellent water pressure and drainage. If I return to Prague, I would absolutely stay here again — 100% would rebook!
