Excellent apart-hotel. The room was big, quiet and fully equiped, comfortable bed, modern bathroom, all very clean. The location is very convinient, very close to the centre and the castle. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is served in the room, but good quality.

The rooms were clean. The location is close to a tram. We had the facility to store our luggage though we reached early. Very efficient.

The room was quite spacious (a double bed, a full couch, 2 armchairs, workdesk and a small kitchenette). It also had a cute balcony overlooking a rather pretty, surprisingly calm, courtyard.

Parking and check-in was easy enough. We followed the instructions for check-in, so we knew what to expect. The hotel check in is just around the corner. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Cleaning staff were still working on our room when we arrived, but they promptly moved us to a different room that was nicely cleaned, so we could unpack right away. The room is in a great location, several trams go downtown, but you could walk to most places if you want to. There are stores, restaurants and all kinds of things very close by. Breakfast in the room is a great addition. They give a nice assortment of bread, meats, and other things delivered to your room at the time you specify. It was more then enough for us. The room was quiet and it was nice to have a little balcony. Cleaning staff did a great job tidying up our room each day. We will look at this place again if we return to Prague. For the price, it is really a nice stay.

Good location as there is nearby tram stop, shops around and big shopping mall with food court ( handy for family with children at end of day). Breakfast served at room always at requested time and good quantity. Clean and quiet place. Friendly staff.

The Location is close to public transport and the city center is easily reachable like this. The personnel was very kind and accommodating and they took good care of our needs. We were even able to leave our luggage i until or departure, late in the night. The breakfast is very consistent and diverse and we were verry happy with it. You mention at the desk at which hour they can bring it to you to the room and they will do so. Very well organized. The beds are comfortable and they clean the rooms daily and leave snacks which is much appreciated after a long day of city exploration. The room temperature is adjustable to everyone's liking which matters a lot especially in the winter period. It is a quiet place with views to an exceptionally large interior courtyard where the parking lot is situated. The balcony is big enough to take your breakfast there is the weather is allowing. In terms of value for the money it is definitely one of the best places in the city.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is also very good and convenient for exploring the city. One thing we especially liked was that breakfast is brought to the room at the time you choose, which made the mornings very relaxed. Overall, everything was great and we would happily stay here again.
