“Functional and okay comfort”
Useful place if you're just wanting a bed for a couple of nights - it's motel style with no real facilities, though there is hot water in reception for coffee every morning. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable (but firm) and the air-con is quiet. It's also a short walk to the sea front and town. In short, functional and useful but not my first choice

The hotel is very well located, only a three-minute walk to the daily food and clothing market and about two minutes to the beach. It is in a pleasantly quiet location and the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly. The bathroom, the shower, the whole room was very clean and well maintained. The best thing is the box spring mattresses, I slept wonderfully on them. There is a fridge in the room and a pleasantly cool marble floor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak English as well as Thai. Overall, the hotel is much better than many others that have three stars. And I know relatively well when it comes to comfort and cleanliness in Thai hotels. Most of the guests are Thai, so I think this hotel is worth the price. To summarise: " Highly recommended "

“Perfect for the traveller to break the journey”
As we were traveling South from Bangkok with a car full of valuables we wanted a safe place wrhere we could park the car outside the room motel style. This was perfect. Moreover there was somehere to get breakfast close by.

“PKK Central”
The staff are so friendly and helpful, they really made us welcome 🙏 the location is in the heart of the best areas, beach, markets and shops/ restaurants. the WiFi is superb and the beds comfortable. Free on site parking, we have been back twice already and will no doubt be there again soon. thank you
