“Double charged and accused us of not sleeping at property”
We booked with cash at property option,property took a 100 baht deposit off credit card without approval which not a big problem,checked in around 19.30 paid remaining balance in cash to male cashier,check out following morning everything o.k,later in the day received a message saying we did not show so property took the full ammount AGAIN for room from credit card,we messaged the property with photos of room 10 and photos of property to confirm we stayed the night,the property still won't refund the 2nd payment,the contact phone does not work,we also contacted booking.com with all the above same details but they also are very unhelpful,this is now credit card fraud and will be forwarded to the appropriate authority

The female personnel was super nice and helpful even though their English is a bit limited they kept translating and making sure we had everything we needed. The other guys were generally OK and we really liked the moped we rented

“Don’t stay here! Great cabin of you like being in a machinery yard”
