“Perfect hostel in a great location with lovely staff!”

Such a great, welcoming hostel! The staff here were extremely helpful and booked my train ticket for me as the website was in thai. The hostel is clean and in a good location. They provide the guests with free use of bicycles! Easy to get around the city

Great view from balcony over the city and horizon. Plenty of space in this hostel, very friendly staff. :) The hostel is in a bit of distance from the city centre but you can borrow their bikes for free!

Everything! It's very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They got a great rooftop terrace. There's free instant coffee, free cookies and even free bicycles! I had an amazing stay and extended multiple times.

Room accommodated easily 3 people with double bed and double bunk bed (with screen). Separate toilet and shower. Didnt have to climb stairs to get to room. Numeric key lock.

New building and everything modern. Privacy curtains, lockers provided. 2 electrical points and reading light. Air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Quiet location out of town so good for sleeping. Free coffee and biscuits in the communal room. Great value for money. Free bike use. 7-Eleven just a few minutes away.

More facilities for preparing breakfast would have been appreciated, like a bowl for the granola or similar.

“Very comfortable time in an excellent place.”

This is simply one of the best hostels I know. It was my third time staying here, and I really appreciate the management - the people who own this place are always kind and attentive and they take their business seriously. The hostel is clean, well designed, there are hot drinks and cookies in the comfortable lounge area, there are bicycles available to cycle to the beach or to the night market, and watching the sunset from the terrace is always a nice way to end the day. Nearby are some really good places to eat including an Udon Thani style restaurant.

“A Quiet Location with Panoramic Top-Terrace Views”

My rating scores seldom exceed 8/10. This property earns a 9/10 in my opinion. This property is well managed and very well presented. The three level building is quite new and has a spacious terrace on the top level with 270° views of the town and the hills. At night the hill-top temple stairway lighting looks quite special from the terrace. The middle floor has a bright and comfortable common area, with ample air conditioning if required (I found that with the cross-flow windows open and the a/c units on "Fan Only" settings the room was perfectly comfortable). The ground level has a patio area which is a good spot to chat with other guests over a beer or two. The property has complimentary (hot or cold) drinking water, coffee & tea. They sell cold beer at a competitive price. I love that they have free bicycles for the use of their guests. I used them daily as the town is mainly flat and traffic is very light, so safety is great. The bright dorm' room has two air conditioning units, although I found that just one set at 26°C made for comfortable sleeping. I loathe dorm' rooms with TOO cold a/c settings which necessitates the use of warm blankets in a tropical location - Such a waste of electricity and so very unnecessary. The men's bathroom was clean and well equipped with two showers and two toilets (as well as two urinals). Men and Women bathroom facilities are completely separate. The dorm' has large, double-doored security cupboards for each guest which are both convenient and spacious. The hostel has a small kitchen for use by the guests, if required. Being located on a side street away from the town centre the hostel is quiet and peaceful. A 7-11 shop is about only 90m away.

The cleanest hostel I've seen. And I have seen hundreds. It is comfortable, beautiful house, and they have bikes!! That definitely made my day.

Friendly staff

Munruk is very clean and spacious. I was alone in 10 bed dorm and appreciated the quiet. The air conditioning as heaven sent. Staff were friendly but not really available and didn’t speak English but Google translate did the job. Loved the roof top as well with great views.

The hostel room was spotless with great amenities such as free coffee, snacks and use of the laundry. The staff were very friendly. It had a kitchen also.

Great stay, lovely staff with warm attention to the kids. They offered us free bicycle to explore the town. The other guests in the hostel are polite and quiet, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended

The property is super clean and modern. It has a super nice common room with a coffee station, a rooftop, a shared kitchen and a washingmachine as well as drying racks. You can rent a scooter and a seven eleven is just around the corner.
