“Perfect guesthouse stay for me in Prachuap Khiri Khan”
I am very happy with my experience at Milano Home Guesthouse. The room was spacious, the owners are smiley and kind, and they also run a café and breakfast restaurant at the same place, which is also one of the best places to have dinner in town, so it was pleasant and very convenient to wake up and go for a good coffee and breakfast just a few steps from my room. The location is great as it's very close to the seaside and the main walk path along it, where other cafes, bars and restaurants are.

“Charm and location”
Small house in the beautiful garden. The room is big (there are only two) nicely colored, with the private outdoor space.You immediately feel at home warmly welcomed by the owners. At the same place is Milano café well known for the excellent coffee and a big breakfast selection including some vegetarian options. Their staff is lovely too.

“Henk and Yao are friendly and helpful hosts with excellent local knowledge.”
Breakfast was wonderful. Healthy choices all beautifully prepared and presented. Service friendly and attentive. Room and bathroom were spotless, bed very comfortable. Garden area very attractive.

Beautiful old house and cafe. Like an inn. Upstairs guest space large with sitting room in addition to bedroom (note though; only bedroom is airconditioned). Garden of cafe very pretty. Quaint place! Good location. Recommend renting bikes and seeing this great town.

“Wonderful guesthouse with great food in a beautiful town!”
We loved staying in this guesthouse. It has two rooms to rent and both are wonderful. The garden with its Cafe is beautiful and the food is delicious. The owner is really friendly and always there to help. She organized our transportation and a great trip to Kuiburi National park. Especially in the evening the atmosphere at the beachfront of Prachuap is incredible.

“Large room, close to beach”
Large room and bathroom. Small outside seating area. Good Wi-Fi. 5 minute walk to the beach promenade. Nice location. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.

“Lovely short stay.”
The garden was welcoming, and the food was well thought and exceptionally good. The hostess was very helpful and wonderful person. The room was large, and well equipped. Everything was clean and fresh. Cat was cute.

Yao and Henk are very dear hosts. The cafe and guesthouse is in a lovely garden. The cafe serves delicious breakfast for reasonable prices. The room is spacious and clean.

Awesome western style breakfast and coffee at a great price. Located near beach and many restaurants, including Thai, German, and American. Quiet and spacious room. Bed pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but not a big deal! Staff is very kind and flexible.

“A comfortable stay in Prachuap”
We came from Ayutthaya and the communication with Yao was not only easy but also helpful. The room we got was exactly what was shown in the photos -- spacious, playful colors, with lamps, etc. We were given access to the kettle, fridge and microwave which made things convenient. We also used the bikes to explore places in town around. A sufficient large-portioned breakfast can be obtained within reasonable prices, too.
