“nice guesthouse with see view”

This place is located just next to the beach nearby the city centre, with a nice view at the sea. It's a great room with a comfortable bed. Free hot drinks, water and fruit all day. Excellent location. the owner is really nice. there is a large shared balcony to sit and relax.

As always I loved the laid-back homey feel of this spot. Great location and excellent views. Love this guest house!

“An excellent stay in an excellent guesthouse”

A super clean, comfy guesthouse overlooking the bay. The balcony views and breezes were beautiful first thing in the morning with the coffee/tea biscuits and fruit for breakfast (provided by the GH). The shower was hot, the a/c efficient and the WiFi was fast. Big rooms.

“Charming place”

What a lovely accommodation. The common balcony overlooking the sea is so charming And chill. The room is so comfortable, renovated, spacious. Free water and bananas available. Common use fridge and a basic kitchen available. Hot shower, good AC, everything spotless clean. Staff is gentle and sweet, they gave me a ride to the train station free of charge.

If you have basic needs but value cleanliness this is perfect. I used this stay as a break on my way from Bangkok to Phuket by train. The house is close to the Prachuap Train station, so it's easy to hop off the train for a couple days and be back on it without having to rely on taxis or other transport. The rooms were clean, air con was cold and the bed was probably the best I've had in months. Only downside is the tab water being not drinkable HOWEVER the host provides cold bottled water for free. There is a shared kitchen space where the owner also provides coffe, little cakes and fresh fruit, also for free. In general the host will do all they can to make your stay comfortable. I was able to change my room closer to the end of the balcony, also for free and got a lift from the owner to the train station on the day I left. The town offers many good restaurants and little cafés. Perfect for a little break on your way down south.

Great little property right by the beach and very cheap , we was arriving late and leaving early so it was a budget friendly accommodation we was after and it was really good value , close to all the places of interest

Nice cozy seaside guest house in a beautiful quiet town close to everything. The room was very comfortable and a good size. Nicely decorated with good air con. They had a small kitchen area near the room with a fridge and some coffee and snacks, plus water and bananas too. Very close to the evening market down the street as well.

Location is amazing. Beautiful view. Bed is comfortable. Room is big. The price is good. There is coffee and hot chocolate for customers to use. Shower is good.

Fantastic location near the beach with very clean room & bathroom, good bed, spacious enough for 2 people and air conditioned. Balcony area is shared where you can relax and enjoy the breeze on windy days. There is a small pantry accessible to guests where you can make tea or coffee, and they provide free fruits (mangoes, bananas, apples), cookies and cakes which you can help yourself to, as well as a common fridge where you get free water bottles and can store things to keep cool. Free bicycle available to use which is a plus in Prachuap area. Friendly staff - they don’t speak much English but will try their best to assist you (borrowing cutlery, exchanging towels, and confirming pickup by our minivan company)
