“Spacious rooms”
Lovely big room, big windows, 3rd floor side room view over the canal & a bit of the sea (unfortunately obscured by hotel building support pillars). Staff were kind & helpful. Quiet area away from main town, but close to Khao Ta Mong Lai & the Reckining Buddha Cave. Mopeds available for rent through the hotel.

“Great Location but tired and shabby.”
Perfect location on the beach, and with several resteraunts right outside. Great views across the bay. Lots of windows and natural light ( actually not much privacy). One of the few hotels of this kind on Ao Prachuap. Rooms a good size.

We booked the superior triple room which was very spacious for 3 people. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Excellent shower water pressure. All listed facilities were complete. Everything was working well, particularly the AC & fridge. Nearby laundromat, I think we walked about 8-10 minutes. Friendly staff. The location is safe especially for solo female travelers. Going out as night didn't feel frightening either. Nearby cafes and restaurants. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the pier and night market, but we didn't mind walking 30 minutes. Otherwise, tuk-tuk hire is available if you don't drive a car/ motorcycle. Short drive to the train station.

“Great stay, nice restaurants near the room and great views”
The view from the rooms was spectacular. Had my binoculars and you can actually do birding right from the room. Some rooms have both river and ocean view. The hosts were wonderful.
