“Beautiful, welcoming and spotless”

First of, the beautiful couple who run this place were amazing, they couldn't do more for you. They reminded me of my grandparents, they made us sandwiches for breakfast, insisted we took an umbrella (thankfully) when they knew it was going to rain, they even had pedal bikes ready for us, free to use. This place was paradise, the pictures dont do it justice, its kept beautifully and they clearly take care of it. The room was huge and had everything that was needed. The value for money was great and the area was just incredible, I would recommend this to anyone wanting a slice of paradise and a comfortable stay

The room was very clean and spacious, and has a fridge to keep drinks and foods cold. The location is great - eateries and a supermarket around the corner. The beach and night market are 10 minutes away. It's also very convenient if you travel by train - the station is also 10 minutes away. The owner provided me with a bicycle to use for free, which was very convenient. The room also includes breakfast with a "self-serve buffet" - basic with toast, tea, and a sandwich.

“The best place to stay in Prachuap Khiri Khan”

An utterly wonderful place to stay, the hosts are so friendly, allowing us to rent a motorbike for 200 baht!! and giving us an amazing free breakfast, as well as making us sandwiches each morning which was so lovely. The rooms are spacious, clean and air conditioned, with a TV and has a lovely little quiet terrace you can sit on. It’s a short walk to the beach, and the main town and culture street is about 15 mins away, so the bike helps. There’s also an incredible beach called Ao Manao about 10 mins drive away which is a must see. I love this place so much, we meant to stay for 1 night and ended up staying for 3! We will be back!

“Pleasant stay!”

Centrally located, being within walking distance to the train station, night market and beach. The room was a good size and had an excellent shower. Seating, with a small table, is provided out the front of the room. The 'vista', however, is only that of the carpark, although there are some trees. Staff were friendly and the free breakfast options were a bonus as this was not advertised.

What a really great place. Owners are very kind and helped us with our travel arrangements. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is perfect for the town and ideal if you are using the train The coffee and breakfast station was a lovely addition and we enjoyed a new treat every day. We look forward to returning.

Great breakfast … wholemeal bread which was a treat & sometimes chicken & fried egg sandwiches. The owners were kind and really helpful. Organising tuk tuks & taxis etc. The ladies who cleaned were so sweet. A good place. Handy for the walking street and also the monastery up the mountain

The staff were all extremely polite and friendly, the accommodation it's self was very clean. The accommodation was I a perfect area which had many eating places and supermarkets close by within walking distance.

Clean, friendly and located in town. It's close to the weekend market and many coffee shops and restaurants.

Nice location for getting around. Walking distance to promenade, pier and street food stalls. We had a very nice tuk tuk driver number 11 take us to Manao beach and show us around Wing 5.
