Absolutely tiny rooms. Dirty floors. Beds not made up. No kettle. Three sets of bedding for 5 people, and so on. It’s the new hotel, but the customer service at the lowest level. Especially: clean your room or pay 80 euro fee. So I guess nobody wants to pay, so no proper cleaning is done.
