Overview
Sole Luna Mare apartment is situated next to the port in Pozzuoli, just 800 metres from the Temple of Serapis and a 15-minute walk from the Flavian Amphitheatre. The city of Naples is 12 km from the Sole Luna Mare, and the Mount Vesuvio National Park can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Ferries leaving from the nearby port link with the islands of Procida, Ischia and Capri.

The apartment is nice, clean and cozy. it is located close to the old town and the large terrace overlooks the port. In the evening and at night you can hear noise from the city and the port, but it was not very bothersome. The disadvantage may be the third floor, entering with luggage or a child in hand.

“Lovely apartment in a fabulous location”
We chose Sole Luna Mare for location and particularly the terrace as a music-writing retreat, and it exceeded all expectations. The property is exactly as it looks in the photos (probably better) and Pozzuoli itself is a wonderful and friendly place. The terrace overlooks a busy ferry port, good for people watching and looking out across the water. The piazza on the other side of the apartment is gentle and sleepy in the day and comes alive in the evening. But if you close the doors to the balcony and terrace, all is peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need for eating in and all good and clean. The host was very responsive both in person and on WhatsApp.

“Would recommend”
This accommodation was a great find. The host is friendly, easily contactable and welcoming. The accommodation is based by the port with a balcony overlooking the picturesque views of the sea, it is also close to many shops and restaurants, and only a 10-minute drive from the beach. The accommodation is clean, well presented, comfortable and perfect for friends or family to share. I recommend this accommodation as a place to stay for anyone visiting the area.
