“The staff and owners of the hotel could not do enough to make our stay in Pozzuoli memorable.”
The room was basic but very clean and had everything anyone could need to be comfortable. There was a balcony with a view down the street to look out towards the bay.

Excellent location- 1 minute walk to the ferry terminal and many nice restaurants. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, although like many Italian hotels, no duvet or blanket, so it wasn't cozy. We were in room 4 on the top floor which had a great balcony/ obstructed, but nice view, and a there is little kitchenette.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was fabulous and close to restaurants and the wharf for boat trips.

Small, friendly hotel in small street in old part of town near harbour, with easy walk to bars/restaurants/shops. Large room, clean, comfortable, good wifi. Italian-style breakfast included. Strong winds and rain when I was there, so I was glad I could check in at 12.00.

“Amazing roof terrace”
If you are thinking about staying in this hotel, then go for the upper room with the roof terrace and sea view. It is worth every penny! Apart from that, the hotel is quite standard. Rooms are fine, breakfast is the usual Italian affair and the (ever changing) staff members are somewhat blasé.

“A simple but clean hotel, with very helpful staff”
Really nice terrasse overlooking the harbour. Staff immensely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was fine, being a typical Continental breakfast. Great location for the town centre, with lots of restaurants and shops, and very convenient for the ferries.
